Finding your Heart Hugger Size
Heart Hugger comes in small, regular, large and X/L. Each is adjustable to fit a range of chest circumference.
To find your size: Measure under the armpits, encircling the entire rib cage, across the sternum.
For women: Measure above your breast not around them.
If you are by yourself: Measure across your chest over the sternum from the middle of each armpit, then double the measurement. Once you have your chest circumference, pick the appropriate size from the above drop-down menu.
